This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop customer lifecycle and nurturing programs that are separate from prospect marketing.
• Create campaigns for platform expansion based on onboarding scenarios and underutilized features.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) on assessing customer health scores and identifying expansion signals.
• Generate ROI reports and value summaries that serve as straightforward, one-click resources for Account Managers during negotiations.
• Execute multi-team engagement strategies within existing enterprise accounts.
• Design win-back and re-engagement campaigns aimed at inactive or at-risk customers.
• Investigate the reasons behind customer churn and transform insights into retention strategies.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Account Managers to drive retention initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of engaging with developer-oriented audiences.
• Data-driven mindset for segmentation, timing, and performance measurement.
• Practical experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Team-oriented and cross-functional, particularly with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Experience with product usage metrics or product-led growth indicators (Nice to Have).
• Background in expansion and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) initiatives (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with technical or developer customer segments (Nice to Have).
• Monthly salary ranging from PLN 12,000 to PLN 18,000.
