This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
β’ Take charge of marketing operations from start to finish: You will be the main steward of our HubSpot platform β overseeing workflows, lead scoring, contact management, segmentation, and reporting.
β’ Enhance conversion rate optimization throughout the funnel: You will manage CRO across our crucial marketing channels β website, landing pages, email, and paid media β conducting structured A/B tests and utilizing data to pinpoint drop-off areas for improvement.
β’ Apply product marketing discipline to our go-to-market strategy: You will assist in new product launches by developing messaging frameworks, positioning documents, sales enablement materials, and competitive analysis.
β’ Establish and manage customer marketing initiatives: You will be responsible for lifecycle communications for our current customers β including onboarding sequences, expansion campaigns, and retention strategies.
β’ Act as the operational backbone of the team: You will manage the marketing calendar, project tracking, and cross-departmental coordination to keep the team on track.
β’ Leverage AI to enhance your productivity: You will utilize AI tools to expedite processes β automating repetitive tasks and boosting workflow efficiency.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations and related disciplines.
β’ Strong proficiency in HubSpot β capable of building workflows, generating segmented reports, troubleshooting attribution issues, and maintaining list hygiene independently.
β’ Proven experience in conducting CRO experiments β including A/B tests, multivariate tests, or iterative page-level optimizations.
β’ Ability to translate complex product features into clear and engaging messaging.
β’ A robust operational mindset and technical skills β adept at building systems and establishing structure where it is lacking.
β’ Excellent written communication abilities across various contexts.
β’ Comfortable with analyzing and interpreting funnel data, creating performance dashboards, and providing insights.
β’ Collaborate effectively with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success teams.
