Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and align with the firm's growth goals.

• Organize and manage campaigns across various digital platforms.

• Track campaign effectiveness and proactively seek areas for enhancement.

• Oversee campaign priorities, schedules, and marketing timelines.

• Handle and enhance paid advertising efforts on Meta and Google Ads.

• Supervise budgets, campaign outcomes, and lead generation metrics.

• Evaluate results and suggest improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

• Implement email marketing initiatives to support lead nurturing and foster client engagement.

• Keep CRM data organized to enhance communication and marketing efficiency.

• Oversee the creation of marketing content for digital campaigns, websites, email outreach, and social media platforms.

• Manage relationships with external marketing vendors to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.

• Evaluate marketing performance and generate reports with practical recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of direct experience in Marketing or Marketing Management.

• Demonstrated capability in developing and executing marketing strategies beyond just content creation or social media management.

• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Practical knowledge of paid advertising on Meta and/or Google Ads.

• Familiarity with email marketing, CRM management, and lead nurturing processes.

• Strong grasp of lead generation, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Experience in coordinating and overseeing external marketing vendors.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1) is required.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously while juggling multiple priorities.

• Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
