This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take charge of and expand paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Strategically plan, initiate, and enhance campaigns with complete ownership over budget management, targeting, creative testing, and performance metrics.
• Generate consistent and predictable MQL production with specific targets linked to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Monitor and enhance key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CVR, MQL-to-opportunity ratios, and revenue contributions.
• Develop repeatable acquisition systems that yield compounded performance improvements over time.
• Manage the entire funnel from click to conversion, which includes landing pages, offers, lead flows, and nurture sequences.
• Create and conduct ongoing A/B tests on pages, creatives, and conversion paths to enhance performance at every funnel stage.
• Identify drop-off points and conversion gaps, implementing solutions to elevate lead quality and conversion rates.
• Ensure that funnels are closely aligned with campaign objectives, target audience, and offer positioning.
• Collaborate with the sales team to collect feedback regarding lead quality, objections, and conversion trends.
• Convert insights into more effective messaging, positioning, and creative direction for all campaigns.
• Continuously refine offers and funnels based on real revenue feedback rather than solely on top-of-funnel metrics.
• Focus on scaling high-performing campaigns, audiences, and messaging effectively.
• Expand distribution across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, email, newsletters, and SMS through rapid testing and iteration.
• Collaborate with creative, writing, design, and video teams to ensure output is of high quality, consistent with branding, and focused on conversion.
• Establish structured testing frameworks to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and audience quality.
• Maintain consistency in messaging across all channels, campaigns, and launches.
• Transform audience growth into revenue by implementing integrated monetization flows linked to MQL quality and conversion.
• Align marketing sequencing with launch schedules and program-level revenue objectives.
• Ensure that every campaign and channel contributes to tangible pipeline and revenue results.
• Provide visibility into performance drivers and continually optimize for revenue rather than vanity metrics.
• A seasoned performance marketer with comprehensive ownership of paid acquisition, funnels, and revenue-generating systems.
• Practical experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and comparable platforms.
• Strong capabilities in funnel management and analytics, with a solid grasp of CPL, CTR, CVR, MQL quality, and attribution.
• Demonstrated ability to construct and optimize high-converting funnels and adapt swiftly based on data insights.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with sales teams to refine messaging and boost conversion rates.
• A player-coach mentality, capable of developing systems while executing tasks personally at a high standard.
