Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic planning of campaigns across various platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and more.

• Main goal: driving online sales.

• Develop, manage, and enhance multi-channel performance funnels.

• Create and oversee audience-specific content and creative briefs.

• Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations.

• Responsible for budgeting: planning, monitoring, and optimizing advertising expenditures.

• Collaborate closely with the brand, content, and e-commerce teams.

• Focus on internationalization: create and implement performance marketing strategies for new target markets.

• Test new platforms and ad formats to expand our campaigns.

• Manage email marketing and customer streams, including strategic planning, segmentation, and oversight of newsletter campaigns (management, targeting, testing — excluding copywriting).

• Lead initiatives for customer retention and reactivation, particularly in areas of retention, customer value, customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn prevention.

• Continuously monitor trends, tools, and benchmarks in digital marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, luxury goods, or cosmetics.

• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat; familiarity with Pinterest is an advantage.

• Strong expertise in tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.

• Experience in managing campaigns on an international scale.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

• Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets, and, where applicable, BI systems.

• Proactive and structured working style with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand awareness.
