This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of Jasper's paid media portfolio management, encompassing LinkedIn Ads and Google Search.
• Oversee campaign structure, audience development, keyword and bidding strategies, budget management, and in-platform optimization.
• Establish and expand OpenAI/ChatGPT advertisements, Google AI Max, and AI-search advertising platforms.
• Conduct structured channel tests with defined success metrics and scale successful initiatives.
• Develop bottom-up budget plans and manage monthly allocations and pacing across various channels and audience segments.
• Shift budget allocations toward campaigns, audiences, and creative strategies that generate qualified pipelines.
• Focus on optimizing for SQLs, SQOs, pipeline, and closed-won revenue instead of lead volume.
• Provide executive-level reporting that links channel performance to overall company impact.
• Build and sustain tiered target-account audiences, planning reach and frequency by tier.
• Launch personalized one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Manage conversion tracking and attribution integrity alongside Marketing Operations and Data Science.
• Oversee CRM-to-platform conversion imports, conversion APIs, and multi-touch attribution efforts.
• Identify and address measurement gaps.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on ad testing and iteration processes.
• Transform performance data into creative briefs and utilize customer stories, reports, and webinars as campaign fuel.
• Assist in promoting webinars, gated content, and remarketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign analysis, reporting, and execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical B2B performance marketing experience.
• Ideally, experience in a high-growth SaaS environment supporting enterprise or account-led sales processes.
• Extensive in-platform expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads at a significant scale.
• Experience managing annual budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
• A genuine interest in emerging AI advertising channels.
• Proven history of measuring and optimizing paid programs against pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Ability to communicate the impact of paid programs effectively to leadership.
• Proficient in CRM-integrated conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of multi-touch attribution methodologies.
• Strong skills in budget management, forecasting, pacing, and bottom-up planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort in utilizing data to identify issues, prioritize investments, and enhance funnel performance.
• Capacity to implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies to elevate marketing efforts.
• Comfortable managing daily channel operations while also formulating long-term strategies and testing roadmaps.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least two years of valid U.S. work authorization.
