This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing the paid media budget and strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, contributing to planning and daily optimizations.
• Aid in the creation, launch, and refinement of comprehensive campaigns aimed at generating demo requests and qualified leads, focusing on results beyond mere clicks.
• Support an ongoing testing initiative across various audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers, quickly identifying elements that are underperforming.
• Enhance demand generation programs through paid strategies: align target audiences, offers, and landing pages with nurture sequences, facilitate webinar and event registrations, provide pre-event promotional support and post-event retargeting, and contribute to account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value firm segments.
• Evaluate new paid channels such as content syndication, podcast sponsorships, and newsletters, offering recommendations on what should be included in the marketing mix.
• Monitor performance metrics against goals for cost per lead (CPL), cost per sales qualified lead (SQL), pipeline creation, and return on ad spend (ROAS), providing clear reports to your manager and leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, partnering with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with Eve's voice: specific, direct, and outcome-focused.
• Support relationships with agencies or contractors when beneficial, working closely with the team to maintain strategic initiatives in-house.
• 2-3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with practical experience executing paid campaigns in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads; you have personally built and managed these campaigns, rather than merely overseeing someone else's dashboard.
• Familiarity with integrating paid efforts with other demand generation activities: promoting webinars and events, feeding nurture programs, or assisting in account-based marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics: able to differentiate between CPL, CPMQL, and ROAS, and prioritize optimization for pipeline development over vanity metrics.
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in GA4, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing is a plus.
• Strong, clear communication skills; you can confidently and simply articulate campaign performance to your team.
• Proactive mindset. You prefer to initiate a test this week rather than wait to plan the perfect one for next month.
