Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead our digital performance marketing initiatives across various channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on EU/APAC markets.

• Collaborate with the Co-Founder responsible for marketing to plan and launch online marketing campaigns.

• Assess the performance of individual assets (e.g., images, articles, videos), determine which are most effective, and work with the marketing team to create more high-performing assets while implementing best practices.

• Conduct daily measurements and analyses of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads Dashboard, Facebook Ads Dashboard, Excel, and any other necessary dashboards.

• Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency in digital performance marketing by continuously testing audience targeting, split tests, and A/B tests.

• Explore new channels and opportunities for marketing outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in quantitative fields such as engineering, physics, or mathematics is highly preferred.

• A data-driven mindset: you possess strong analytical skills, enjoy analyzing data, and can draw insightful conclusions.

• Prior experience managing paid performance campaigns independently (Meta & Google).

• You are a collaborative team player who can also work autonomously in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative and problem-solving abilities.

• A strong willingness to learn and adopt new tools/technologies while sharing knowledge with others.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel.

• Understanding of online shopping and experience in optimizing the conversion journey and online customer acquisition.

• Experience in data management, preferably with Tableau, is a plus.

• A basic understanding of Google Analytics is necessary; certification is a benefit.
