This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the leading strategic figure for the Growth Department, supervising the internal Paid Media Supervisor while ensuring that external vendors and digital agencies meet performance standards.
• Possess complete authority over the allocation of the paid media budget, approving expenditures and developing scaling strategies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Technologist to implement HubSpot as the central marketing automation platform in the upcoming strategic rollout.
• Establish macro Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing acquisition initiatives.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of the weekly data deck for the Growth Department.
• Introduce automation, advanced tracking methodologies, and analytical tools to remove attribution blind spots and effectively scale paid media operations.
• Strong, hands-on experience with optimizing and managing HubSpot (required).
• Experience in managing or collaborating with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-platform paid media budgets and developing growth strategies.
• Extensive experience in managing and auditing external digital marketing agencies.
• Advanced skills in data analytics, attribution modeling, and cross-departmental business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
