This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Meta paid acquisition strategy across various client accounts.
• Create, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns.
• Oversee campaign budgets and distribute expenditures based on performance metrics.
• Track account performance on a daily basis to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Establish frameworks for audience testing, offer testing, and campaign testing.
• Scale successful campaigns while ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Perform continuous competitor research to uncover market opportunities.
• Direct creative strategy utilizing performance data and customer insights.
• Recognize high-performing and underperforming creatives.
• Formulate creative testing roadmaps and experimentation plans.
• Craft high-converting direct-response ad copy.
• Develop compelling offers that enhance conversion rates.
• Create comprehensive creative briefs for designers and video editors.
• Collaborate with content creators and secure UGC creators as needed.
• Work closely with the creative team to enhance testing velocity and performance.
• Construct landing pages, advertorials, and product detail pages that align with advertising campaigns.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Suggest enhancements to landing pages and customer journeys.
• Support ongoing CRO initiatives to boost acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER)
• Click-Through Rate (CTR)
• Cost per Click (CPC)
• Cost per Mille (CPM)
• Conversion Rate (CVR)
• Generate clear performance reports along with strategic recommendations.
• Share insights during client strategy meetings.
• Develop repeatable reporting systems that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Create scalable paid acquisition playbooks and SOPs.
• Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns through comprehensive media plans.
• Conduct account audits to identify scaling opportunities.
• Mentor junior media buyers as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of account quality, strategic planning, and execution.
• Over 5 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of growing eCommerce or direct-response brands.
• Strong grasp of direct-response marketing principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical abilities with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar tools.
• Expertise in creative strategy and performance-driven advertising.
• Experience in creating structured testing frameworks.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
• Excellent copywriting skills for crafting high-converting advertisements.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign outcomes.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

• Meta Blueprint Certification.
• Experience in an agency or multi-brand setting managing diverse portfolios.
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and advanced landing page strategies.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading a team of media buyers.
