This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel demand generation initiatives utilizing paid and organic strategies, content syndication, email and social media marketing, webinars, as well as partner and sales marketing efforts.
• Design customer journeys and create automated email workflows that engage prospects, provide education, and advance leads towards sales conversion.
• Manage lead scoring frameworks, lead lifecycle phases, and routing protocols within marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create targeted outreach and customized campaigns directed at high-value target accounts.
• Direct and manage paid demand initiatives such as LinkedIn lead generation, paid content syndication, and intent-driven display advertising.
• Lead the organization and execution of digital events to enhance registrations, attendance, and post-event engagement.
• Oversee the MQL-to-SDR transition and maintain strong feedback channels with sales regarding lead quality, routing, and the context essential for closing marketing-sourced leads.
• Manage campaign and funnel analytics, creating dashboards that monitor performance and attribution, while providing insights to sales and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with design teams to generate the marketing materials that drive campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends and discover new channels and opportunities for pipeline expansion.
• Oversee the budget for the demand generation program across events, webinar platforms, content syndication, and ABM tools.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or campaign management.
• Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce).
• Thorough understanding of the B2B sales funnel and experience synchronizing marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficient in working with data, reporting, and attribution to demonstrate the impact of marketing on revenue.
