This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist the Founder & CEO in catering to cat-loving consumers, where growth is fueled by performance marketing, swift creative iteration, and methodical testing.
• Manage paid media campaigns from start to finish — making strategic decisions, conducting aggressive testing, and converting performance data into clear creative and funnel strategies with minimal oversight.
• Take ownership of outcomes related to subscription growth and revenue efficiency, utilizing Meta advertising as a primary growth instrument.
• Oversee daily operations of Meta Ads, including budget distribution, targeting, campaign launches and pauses, and performance assessment to optimize ROAS.
• Create innovative ad creative concepts across various distinct angles, hooks, and formats — introducing new creative directions rather than simply iterating on existing ideas.
• Develop ad creatives during swift testing cycles, including static ads and simple motion or short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut, while demonstrating strong design judgment and maintaining quality control over AI-generated outputs.
• Lead structured A/B testing across hooks, messaging, formats, voiceovers, and offers, with clearly defined hypotheses and documented insights.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) on a daily basis — overseeing budget allocation, targeting, campaign launches and pauses, and performance monitoring to enhance ROAS and promote subscription growth.
• Analyze performance metrics to detect audience behavior trends, creative fatigue, and funnel drop-off — converting these insights into the next wave of creative content.
• Identify landing page limitations affecting results and proactively create or optimize campaign-specific landing pages to boost conversion rates.
• Provide clear and proactive performance reporting — highlighting key metrics, trends, insights, and recommendations — without the need for prompting.
• Remain engaged with cat culture, viral trends, and community discussions to guide targeting, messaging, and creative angles.

• Proven ability to generate a variety of original creative concepts — multiple genuinely distinct angles for the same product, rather than variations of one idea.
• Strong design judgment with the ability to guide, assess, and ensure quality control over AI-generated creative output.
• A portfolio or work samples showcasing a range of hooks, formats, and concepts (not solely one signature style).

• A minimum of 3 years of paid media experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for DTC or ecommerce brands, demonstrating proven improvement in ROAS.
• Established ability to lead A/B testing efforts and convert performance data into clear creative and strategic guidance.
• Hands-on experience in creating or optimizing landing pages to enhance funnel conversion rates.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Analytics, and Google Analytics.

• Proactive operator who reports, flags issues, and offers recommendations without needing prompts.
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient — requires minimal supervision.
• Genuine enthusiasm for cat culture and a solid understanding of the mindset of cat-obsessed consumers.
