Performance Marketing Manager – Amazon, SEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Amazon PPC campaigns (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) as well as Amazon DSP.

• Conduct Google SEA activities: brand bidding, generic keywords, and Shopping campaigns.

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis specifically within the spice and food sectors.

• Execute A/B testing for creatives, listings, and bidding techniques.

• Optimize ROAS with defined profitability goals (prioritizing profit over sheer volume).

• Develop retargeting strategies through DSP campaigns aimed at competitor audiences.

• Handle reporting and forecasting: conduct weekly performance evaluations and monthly opportunity assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Amazon PPC/DSP and/or Google SEA, preferably within the FMCG or food e-commerce industry.

• Strong proficiency in Helium 10, Seller Central, and the Amazon Advertising Console.

• Experience managing DSP campaigns (including retargeting and lookalike audiences).

• Excellent analytical abilities (focusing on ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, and contribution margins).

• A proactive approach (capable of independently configuring campaigns).

• Proven track record in constructing campaign structures responsive to market dynamics.
