This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop the overarching strategy for global paid acquisition.
• Lead and implement paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), and Capterra.
• Establish and oversee a rigorous testing framework.
• Create and sustain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Claude, or custom scripts.
• Assume complete responsibility for the conversion tracking system.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing digital setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets exceeding $100k per month while achieving a strong ROI.
• Advanced skills in developing predictive models, overseeing complex budgets, and forecasting pipeline and revenue based on expenditure.
• Expertise in automation platforms (n8n, Make, or Zapier) and integrating LLMs/AI into marketing processes.
• High level of proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Looker Studio, PowerBI) along with advanced tracking implementations (GTM, API-based conversions).
• Exceptional ability to convert raw data into engaging narratives and actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Experience in team management and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English with outstanding communication abilities.
