This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing paid, organic, email, social, and affiliate platforms.
• Take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for significant product launches, including campaign structure, timing, and revenue objectives.
• Guide funnel strategies and enhance conversion rates across all offerings and customer experiences.
• Manage the affiliate marketing strategy, partner performance, and continuous growth of the channel.
• Create scalable systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to boost efficiency and output.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team while determining future hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budget distribution, priorities, and growth strategies.
• Quickly identify performance issues and apply solutions linked to measurable results.
• Establish AI-driven workflows and utilize automation to enhance team productivity.
• Ensure all channels function with clear guidance, alignment, and accountability.
• Demonstrated experience in leading marketing operations within rapidly growing digital businesses.
• Experience in constructing cohesive acquisition systems across paid, organic, email, and social channels.
• Profound understanding of funnel strategies, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.
• Proven success in achieving revenue targets and managing launch-focused marketing initiatives.
• Experience in overseeing affiliate or partnership acquisition channels.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Capability to work strategically while remaining actively involved when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating executive presence and confidence in decision-making.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools and automation within marketing processes.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, founder-led environments with a high level of accountability.
• Performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary tied to launch revenue goals and quarterly KPIs.
• 90-day contractor trial period, transitioning to W2 with equity options.
