This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead user acquisition initiatives through performance marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Efficiently manage biddable campaigns while identifying and nurturing high-impact partnerships.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple Ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and consistently optimize for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Oversee daily campaign monitoring, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and prepare performance reports that include actionable insights.
• Collaborate with both internal and external agencies/teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Utilize programmatic advertising (DSPs) and affiliate marketing strategies to broaden reach and enhance acquisition efficiency.
• Leverage data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creative concepts, and targeting strategies.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic direct partners to drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to ensure partnerships align with overarching marketing objectives.
• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the gaming, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition channels for App and Web campaigns, including Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Ads, and programmatic channels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Solid understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.
