
Performance Marketer, Part-Time – Paid Search Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Strategize, oversee, and enhance performance marketing campaigns with a primary emphasis on Google Ads (Paid Search), while also supporting Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
• Take ownership of keyword strategy, bidding, and search intent optimization to attract high-quality candidates.
• Experiment with new platforms such as X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok to broaden acquisition reach.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with our creative and content teams to create and refine high-performing ad assets.
• Track KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS to inform strategic decisions.
• Extract insights from campaign data and convert them into actionable enhancements.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, ad formats, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Continuously conduct A/B testing on headlines, creatives, landing pages, and calls-to-action to boost conversion rates.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to share metrics with the leadership team.
• 3–6 years of practical experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns, along with additional experience in Meta and/or LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, match types, bidding strategies, and search intent.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns throughout the funnel, enhancing conversion rates, and reducing CPL.
• A strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
• Proficient in managing and scaling paid budgets across various platforms.
• Experience working with creatives to develop high-converting ad assets.
• Familiarity with emerging or niche ad channels like Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads.
• Highly self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable in a remote-first work environment.
• Bonus: Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or marketing directed towards marketers.
• Bonus: Background in lead generation or B2B performance marketing.
