Performance Marketer, Meta Ads – Vollzeit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the performance of your clients and run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, tailored specifically to the client's business model.

• You optimize based on the individual North Star metrics of your clients.

• You develop hypotheses and testing processes to enhance the performance of ad creatives, sharing results with clients and content teams.

• You act as the point of contact for the brands you manage.

• You handle campaign evaluations, create reports, and identify optimization potential on and off advertising platforms.

• You scale your ad accounts to high daily budgets in the four to five-figure range.

• You cleverly utilize artificial intelligence to break down complex tasks and find solutions.
