Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You engage directly with clients and take full responsibility for their accounts.

• You create innovative strategies for clients' advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok while tracking their performance.

• You assess Meta and TikTok ad accounts, generate reports, and establish data-driven action plans.

• In regular meetings, you synchronize with clients and refine the ongoing strategy.

• Alongside your team, you are accountable for developing copy and communication strategies, continuously iterating them.

• You oversee the conception and planning of creative tests.

• You are in charge of the artistic direction for all creatives produced for your clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with paid social advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

• Your communication with clients is transparent, clear, and exceptional.

• The functionalities of Meta Business Manager are second nature to you.

• You comprehend the essentials for scaling e-commerce ad accounts and which creative strategies will unlock further growth.

• You approach work analytically and strategically, gaining deep insights into target audiences and knowing how to engage them with a product.

• You have initial experience in leading small teams (minimum of 2–3 people).

• You work in a highly organized manner, creating a clear testing strategy and defining subsequent steps.

• You possess an intrinsic motivation for growth and take a proactive approach.

• You have a strong command of both German and English.
