Performance Manager – National Auto Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Comprehend discipline performance by considering claims performance and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with Claims Intelligence to develop new reporting solutions.

• Track key performance indicators and derive actionable insights.

• Create, update, and convey a comprehensive discipline claims narrative for stakeholders.

• Investigate and pinpoint root causes of issues within the claims business.

• Oversee the workforce management strategy for the discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in claims or data analysis.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in claims processes.

• Proficient in analyzing and presenting data effectively.

• Practical experience using Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Power BI.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
