Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Amazon Advertising campaigns throughout the entire funnel.

• Create, manage, and continuously refine the Amazon advertising strategy tailored for the UK market.

• Assume responsibility for campaign setups, budget distribution, bidding methods, targeting, and creative assets.

• Regularly evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights.

• Integrate advertising data with digital shelf metrics to pinpoint comprehensive growth opportunities.

• Recognize areas where content enhancements can boost efficiency and minimize advertising costs.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing, eCommerce, and brand teams, along with external partners.

• Ensure alignment of campaigns with promotional events, product launches, and significant commercial milestones.

• Utilize tools like Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Skai, BidX, or comparable platforms to manage and optimize campaigns.

• Remain informed about platform updates, trends, and new features within the Amazon Ads ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon Advertising.

• Practical experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC); experience with DSP is advantageous.

• Familiarity with advertising management tools such as Pacvue, Skai, BidX, or similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of performance KPIs and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Understanding of how content and digital shelf performance influence conversion rates and advertising efficiency.

• Capable of working in a structured and detail-oriented manner.

• Experience in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactive communicator with a focus on solutions.

• Interest in new tools and technologies, particularly AI in advertising and content.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
