⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in performance consulting, business consulting, organizational effectiveness, change management, or similar advisory roles.

• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing performance challenges and crafting outcome-oriented interventions beyond isolated training sessions.

• Strong business insight with the capability to comprehend enterprise priorities and operational contexts.

• Experience working embedded within client teams, ideally in Fortune 500 or large matrixed organizations.

• Proven ability to influence senior executives and navigate intricate stakeholder environments.

• Comfortable operating in uncertain situations and adjusting strategies as client needs change.
