This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assess learning requirements and identify capability gaps through performance data and insights from stakeholders.
• Create engaging learning experiences across various formats, including classroom, virtual, digital, and blended environments.
• Develop learning materials, toolkits, and resources that support performance and capability enhancement.
• Conduct workshops, onboarding programs, and development events both virtually and in-person.
• Collaborate with managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to implement effective learning solutions.
• Oversee learning and development projects from initial concept to execution and evaluation.
• Leverage learning technology and the FUSE platform to craft engaging educational experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using feedback and data to foster ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to capability, performance, and organizational goals within the Health Assessment Advisory Service.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging learning solutions, including blended and digital formats.
• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation, both in-person and virtually.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various learning technologies.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building.
• Solid project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into effective learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot.
• Adaptable, resilient, and dedicated to enhancing performance through educational initiatives.
• Desirable CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or currently pursuing).
• Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, or ElevenLabs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and/or mentoring.
• Background in developing blended and digital learning programs.
• Willingness to travel for training facilitation and team meetings.
