This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete ad creative development process, from initial concept to final published asset.
• Supervise and guide both internal content teams and external UGC creators to enhance production efficiency.
• Manage the Meta Ads Manager account, including campaign organization, budgeting, and daily optimizations.
• Evaluate creative performance metrics and convert insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Regularly experiment with new angles, formats, and hooks, while quickly discontinuing underperforming strategies.
• Stay informed on DTC creative trends to maintain the freshness and competitiveness of our advertisements.
• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads for DTC brands, demonstrating a successful track record of driving ROAS.
• Strong grasp of the elements that drive creative conversions—hooks, thumbstoppers, copy, and formatting.
• Background in leading or directing creative teams, whether internal or external UGC creators.
• Capability to merge creative intuition with performance data for swift decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and briefing abilities to ensure teams are aligned around clear objectives.
• Knowledge of creative testing methodologies and strategies for scaling successful concepts.
