This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Serve as the key connection between performance analytics and creative deliverables for DTC clients.
• Analyze Meta and Google advertising performance metrics on a daily basis.
• Craft clear and detailed briefs for both designers and editors.
• Develop and prioritize a roadmap for creative testing initiatives.
• Monitor user-generated content (UGC) and trending short-form videos on TikTok and Instagram.
• Refine existing UGC ideas based on performance insights.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to write structured creative briefs, rather than mood boards.
• DTC or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced agency setting while managing multiple client accounts.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Practical experience in UGC scriptwriting.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting tools.
