This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain a unified creative strategy throughout the entire customer journey, including awareness advertisements, landing pages, app store visibility, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with Social, SEM, and other paid channel leaders to guide creative strategy, brief assets, and shape the creative testing agenda.
• Establish and maintain an organized creative testing framework in collaboration with channel leads — formulating hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, analyzing results, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Influence and assist in the testing roadmap for landing pages, app screens, and app-start flows — developing creative hypotheses and working with Growth and Product on measurement metrics.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Product teams to gain insights into post-install performance and provide feedback to enhance upstream creative strategy — this role influences rather than directly manages lifecycle and onboarding efforts.
• Discover creative opportunities across Social, SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid channels — presenting well-developed creative points of view to channel leads for execution.
• Act as the creative strategy collaborator among Growth, Brand, Product, and agency teams — ensuring alignment among stakeholders around a common creative vision.
• Proactively integrate both internal and external AI resources into creative workflows to dramatically enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Over 8 years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or a combined performance/brand role — preferably within a consumer fintech or DTC application.
• Profound knowledge of how creative elements affect performance across paid channels and the ability to link creative signals to downstream metrics such as activation and retention.
• Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing channel owners — adept at leading through partnership rather than mere authority.
• Comfortable managing a test-and-learn agenda — designing experiments, interpreting results, and constructing the creative rationale for subsequent actions.
• Strong analytical mindset coupled with authentic creative instincts.
• Exceptional cross-functional communicator capable of uniting brand, growth, and product teams around a unified creative direction.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows — coupled with a genuine desire to explore and expand that expertise.
