• Take ownership of and enhance the creative product across the full client portfolio.
• Monitor trends on Meta and TikTok, converting insights into actionable playbooks and best practices.
• Elevate the performance of strategists and editors for client accounts.
• Establish systematic production processes in partnership with the editing team.
• Ensure consistency between creative strategy and talent collaboration.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to achieve effective early victories.
• Over 7 years of experience in performance creative, primarily within an agency managing multiple clients.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, with quantifiable effects on conversion rates and growth trajectories.
• In-depth knowledge of direct response creative and platform dynamics.
• Capability to mentor and devise strategies for a team operating under real performance pressure.
• Proficient in producing effective advertising content for Meta and TikTok.
