This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging design assets like ad sets and landing pages that are data-driven to enhance digital marketing KPIs.
• Generate motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Revise existing video content into high-performing ad units that meet specific platform requirements, aspect ratios, and audience attention spans.
• Work collaboratively with media and content teams to ensure motion creative aligns with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Contribute to Directive's marketing efforts by producing captivating creative that differentiates us in the market.
• Ensure brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting for various audience segments and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to grasp business objectives, target audiences, and other data points that aid in the creation of A/B tests and data-driven designs.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments utilizing CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
• Perform user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to collect insights and validate design choices.
• Continually iterate and enhance designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing results.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently while effectively communicating with project management and other internal stakeholders to provide project updates, respond to feedback, and ensure their requirements are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to CRO and user experience design.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly focused on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional groups.
• Understanding and implementation of performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience in designing for performance-oriented campaigns.
• Motivated to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively exploring how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
