• Leverage your nutrition and coaching expertise to guide users towards achieving their health objectives.

• Promptly address incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels.

• Relay feedback to the appropriate teams and contribute to elevating Ultrahuman to new heights.

• Focus on reducing SLA response times while ensuring an outstanding customer experience across different time zones.

• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance customer interactions.

• Work closely with our user experience team and fellow athletes to guarantee that users receive the right guidance.

• Employ a consultative approach to assist users in resolving issues and reaching their goals, providing them with a 7-star experience.

• Expand your toolkit and utilize automation to simplify your tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A certification or degree in nutrition or exercise physiology is required.

• At least 1 year of professional experience is necessary.

• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A strong commitment to continuous learning in health, fitness, biohacking, and nutrition is expected.

• An entrepreneurial mindset is needed; we seek individuals who are highly motivated, passionate, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities and executing them independently.
