📋 Description

• Perform intricate data comparisons utilizing various internal and external databases for the Baptist Health Center's initiatives aimed at Performance Excellence.

• Create detailed reports and analyses.

• Present findings in a thorough, precise, and easily understandable manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.

• Educational qualifications may be substituted with 10 or more years of pertinent experience.

• At least 5 years of required experience.

• Proficiency in working with quantitative and statistical data.

• Advanced capabilities in spreadsheet, graphics, and relational database software.

• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Innovative skills to effectively present and utilize data.

• Familiarity with Lean principles is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
