📋 Description

• Perform intricate data comparisons utilizing various internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives.

• Create detailed reports and analyses.

• Present findings in a thorough, precise, and comprehensible manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.

• A minimum of three years of experience working with quantitative and statistical data (a master's degree may substitute for two years of experience).

• Proficient in spreadsheet, graphics, and relational database software.

• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, complemented by the creative ability to effectively present and utilize data.

• Familiarity with Lean principles is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
