This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Provide protocol-specific, manualized interventions for the CARE and/or BBA-OACs research studies.
β’ Conduct CARE intervention sessions by phone for adults aged 70 and older who are experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety.
β’ Facilitate BBA-OACs intervention sessions through telephone or video conferencing for adults aged 65 and older.
β’ Maintain communication with the research team regarding participant scheduling and study-related activities.
β’ Adhere to study-specific intervention manuals and ensure fidelity of the interventions.
β’ Complete case notes and necessary study documentation following each session.
β’ Record and securely transfer session recordings in accordance with study protocols.
β’ Engage in required training and ongoing supervision meetings.
β’ Ensure compliance with institutional, state, federal, and study-specific regulations.
β’ Report to the Clinical Research Manager.
β’ Work approximately 1β5 hours per week, based on participant availability.
β’ Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
β’ Current licensure to practice Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology in California.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering psychosocial, behavioral, or supportive care interventions.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
β’ Ability to commit to the position for a minimum of one year.
β’ Fulfill all applicable MSK, CITI, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Human Subjects Protection (HSP), and study-specific training requirements.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
β’ Attention to detail and a strong commitment to research quality and participant care.
β’ Ability to effectively engage older adult populations through remote interactions.
β’ Experience with videoconferencing platforms, secure file transfer systems, and standard computer applications.
β’ Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the evolving needs of participants and the study.
β’ Fully remote work arrangement.
β’ Variable hours based on participant availability.
β’ Required training and ongoing supervision meetings.
β’ Compensation of $90 per hour for approved training and study-related activities.
