Per Diem Coding, OASIS Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promptly and accurately assess patient charts, which includes home health coding, OASIS evaluations, discharges and transfers, as well as hospice coding.

• Directly engage with clients, including management and field personnel, to educate them on identified trends during the review process.

• Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction, which includes participating in weekly and monthly client meetings.

• Keep abreast of the latest ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines and conventions.

• Uphold professional and technical expertise, including the necessary coding and OASIS certifications and ongoing education credits.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations and/or quality assurance.

• A solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and compliance guidelines is essential.

• Home Health Coding certification is mandatory.

• OASIS certification is required.
