PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the evaluation and implementation of the PeopleSoft Person Model, with a particular emphasis on Person of Interest (POI) and Hire/Rehire workflows.

• Develop and sustain solutions utilizing the complete PeopleTools suite, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.

• Analyze, modify, and support COBOL programs associated with HCM batch processes.

• Construct and enhance integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, such as Identity Management, payroll vendors, and onboarding tools.

• Assess existing configurations to propose scalable implementation strategies and guarantee data integrity through advanced knowledge of effective dating logic.

• Produce high-quality technical documentation and deliver hands-on training to internal teams to ensure ongoing system sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical experience with PeopleSoft HCM, the Person Model, and Fluid UI.

• Expertise in PeopleTools and a solid history of supporting PeopleSoft Payroll processes.

• Proficient in maintaining and enhancing COBOL programs within a PeopleSoft environment.

• In-depth knowledge of HR data structures and the intricacies of effective dating.

• Experience in integrating PeopleSoft with third-party platforms (Benefits, Payroll, IDM).
