PeopleSoft Functional Analyst – PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide operational support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, with an emphasis on the AP, PO, and GL modules.

• Conduct data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and connected systems.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to functionality and integration.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and testing teams to confirm functionality and address defects.

• Review existing PeopleSoft configurations and modify them to suit the City of Seattle's environment.

• Assist with functional testing, problem resolution, and improvements in business processes.

• Work alongside project team members to fulfill assigned deliverables.

• Contribute to an Accounts Payable automation initiative for the City of Seattle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical functional experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials.

• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), and General Ledger (GL) modules.

• Familiarity with data mapping, data flows, and functional issue resolution.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in supporting testing processes and addressing functional defects.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to swiftly comprehend current system configurations and business operations.

• Over 3 years of functional experience with PeopleSoft.

• Experience in AP automation, system integrations, or invoice processing workflows.

• Understanding of OCR-based invoice processing and automated workflows.

• Experience working with business users, technical teams, and QA teams.

• Any visa type is acceptable; H1B transfers are not allowed; both C2C and W2 are accepted.
