PeopleSoft Functional Analyst – PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, focusing mainly on AP, Purchasing/PO, and GL.

• Assess business and system requirements and convert them into functional solutions.

• Conduct data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and associated applications.

• Facilitate AP automation and manage invoice processing workflows.

• Investigate and resolve functional and integration-related challenges.

• Evaluate existing PeopleSoft configurations and business processes.

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify issues and confirm solutions.

• Assist with functional testing, defect analysis, and resolution efforts.

• Work alongside QA and technical teams during testing and integration phases.

• Engage in issue tracking, root-cause analysis, and resolution initiatives.

• Promote business process enhancements and project outcomes.

• Document functional requirements, mappings, processes, test scenarios, and resolutions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical PeopleSoft functional experience.

• Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials.

• Solid functional understanding of Accounts Payable (AP).

• Strong grasp of Purchasing/PO and General Ledger (GL) processes.

• Proficiency in data mapping and data-flow analysis.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting functional and integration issues.

• Background in supporting functional testing and defect resolution.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Quick comprehension of existing system configurations and business processes.

• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.

• H-1B transfer is not an option.

• Work authorization: Any Visa (excluding F-1 OPT).
