PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, with a focus on the AP, PO, and GL modules.

• Conduct data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and integrated systems.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to functionality and integration.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and testing teams to validate functionality and address defects.

• Review existing PeopleSoft configurations and modify them to suit the City's environment.

• Assist in functional testing, issue resolution, and enhancements to business processes.

• Work alongside project team members to fulfill assigned deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical functional experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), and General Ledger (GL) modules.

• Experience in data mapping, data flows, and functional troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in supporting testing activities and resolving functional defects.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to rapidly grasp existing system configurations and business processes.

• A minimum of 3 years of functional experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Experience in AP automation, system integrations, or invoice processing workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with OCR-based invoice processing and automated workflows is preferred.

• Experience working with business users, technical teams, and QA teams is preferred.
