This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in the analysis, design, testing, documentation, modification, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications across the Academy of Art University.
• Identify business and reporting needs in collaboration with the end-user community and convert these into technical specifications.
• Deliver production support for the Oracle SFP SaaS application.
• Create, test, and document upgrades, customizations, enhancements, and reports for PeopleSoft.
• Offer technical evaluation and support before and after PeopleSoft upgrades.
• Provide ongoing production support for PeopleSoft applications.
• Assess, recommend, and implement best practices for integration and data exchange between PeopleSoft and other Academy systems, such as Bright Space LMS and Salesforce.
• Train end-users and technical staff as necessary.
• Suggest modifications in development, maintenance, and system standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• At least six years of technical and functional experience with PeopleSoft.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate data among enterprise systems.
• Experience providing support for Oracle SFP (Student Financial Planning).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Salesforce systems, as well as web services, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Practical experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Workflow, Security, Application Engine, PS/Query, nVision, Crystal, SQR, and other PeopleSoft development and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft applications version 9.X.
• Previous experience in Student Administration and/or Finance is preferred.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
