This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and monitor the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and KPIs/OKRs for People Technology.
• Take ownership of, enhance, and manage the lifecycle of Workday modules and the People Technology ecosystem.
• Supervise APIs, EIBs, middleware, integrations, and ensure platform interoperability.
• Foster alignment in the employee lifecycle, rationalize platforms, enhance scalability, and reduce technical debt.
• Assess system health, performance, and readiness for releases.
• Lead intricate cross-functional initiatives related to Workday and People Technology.
• Set up standards for release management, change governance, and deployment.
• Identify and expand AI and automation use cases, including Copilot and Power Automate.
• Propel process transformation through automation, simplification, and standardization.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Finance, and business leaders to implement scalable solutions.
• Convert business requirements into productized capabilities and enhancements for the platform.
• Manage change effectively, focusing on communication, adoption, and self-service experience strategies.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical issues, risks, and decisions.
• Oversee SOX controls, audit readiness, governance, data stewardship, privacy, and security compliance.
• Ensure the reliability of integrations and the accuracy of data flow.
• Maintain audit trails, documentation, and evidence of controls.
• Lead projects, mentor team members, and promote AI adoption within People Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem, showcasing strong functional expertise.
• Familiarity with a minimum of 3 Workday modules, including Core HCM and others like Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, or Payroll.
• Demonstrated experience managing systems from configuration to deployment and optimization.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in complex, fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience in supporting global HR systems across various regions.
• Background in public company settings, including knowledge of SOX compliance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Workday architecture, business process frameworks, and integrations.
• Practical experience applying AI and automation within HR technology.
• Strong analytical and process design skills.
• Excellent at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to interpret complex technical concepts into easily understandable business language.
• High level of attention to detail and disciplined documentation practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by law.
• Salary range of $103,800.00 - $173,300.00.
