This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the complete ownership, enhancement, and innovation of designated Workday modules and People technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the AVP of People Technology Transformation and stakeholders to establish the People Technology strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Direct the optimization and lifecycle management of Workday modules and the People Tech ecosystem.
• Supervise the integrations landscape (APIs, EIBs, middleware) and ensure platform interoperability.
• Spearhead the delivery of intricate, cross-functional initiatives across Workday and People Tech.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Finance, and business leaders to implement scalable solutions.
• Safeguard data integrity, privacy, and compliance with security regulations.
• Maintain audit trails, documentation, and evidence of control.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem, demonstrating robust functional expertise.
• Familiarity with a minimum of 3 Workday modules (Core HCM plus others like Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Payroll, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience managing systems from end to end (configuration → deployment → optimization).
• Proven ability to deliver projects in intricate, fast-paced settings with significant autonomy.
• Experience in supporting global HR systems across various regions.
• Background in public company environments, including compliance with SOX regulations.
• Strong grasp of Workday architecture, business process framework, and integrations.
• An AI-forward mindset with practical experience applying AI/automation in HR technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and process design skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization competencies.
• Capability to convert complex technical concepts into language that is accessible to business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
