This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 20-25 undergraduate students in an online environment.

• Assist in developing essential skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, providing academic advice, and reviewing assessment drafts.

• Advise on pertinent reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and provide detailed long-form feedback.

• Oversee the management of discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, prompt, and personalized support for student inquiries and issues.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and experience in employee relations.

• Familiarity with various management styles.

• Understanding of organizational behavior.

• Comprehension of leadership principles.

• Ability to work effectively in teams.

• Knowledge of ethical practices.

• Awareness of sustainability concepts.

• Grasp of 21st-century workplace skills.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• At least 3 years of teaching experience at a well-regarded university or college.

• Relevant professional experience within the last 5 years.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Capable of quickly learning and utilizing technology platforms for student interaction.
