This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in the consolidation of payroll processes while collaborating with external vendors.
• Oversee local employment contracts, documentation, and HR records in accordance with GDPR and local regulations.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and seamless transitions.
• Support health and safety compliance initiatives in adherence to local regulations.
• Monitor and manage employee absences and leave requests.
• Ensure the accuracy of HR records and documentation.
• Address employee inquiries and provide administrative assistance across HR processes.
• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and systems.
• Promote employer branding and ensure a robust candidate experience across OUS markets.
• Source candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and establish selection criteria.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess and enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist with other talent acquisition initiatives and special projects, such as campus recruitment, hiring campaigns, or entering new markets.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Polish is essential.
• Experience in supporting international HR operations is an advantage.
• A strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices in Poland and the UK is highly desirable.
