• Assist in the daily management of SAP SuccessFactors and various business systems.
• Work alongside IT teams to resolve technical issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee the corporate structure and maintain master data within SuccessFactors.
• Generate routine and on-demand reports, collaborating with stakeholders to derive actionable insights.
• Create databases and reporting tools for secure data management.
• Provide support for project initiatives by leveraging subject matter expertise.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on data analysis to support operational functions.
• Experience in project support or management.
• Practical experience with MDF objects, business rules, and workflow configurations.
• Knowledge of calculated fields, filters, and role-based report accessibility.
• Familiarity with bi-annual SuccessFactors release cycles and regression testing.
• Understanding of data privacy principles as they relate to SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Desirable).
• Project Management Qualification – APM/Prince 2 (Desirable).
• CIPD Qualification (Desirable).
• Background in HR and Customer Services environments.
