People Systems Lead – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of both the strategic and technical aspects of our Workday ecosystem.

• Collaborate with HR leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide administration and support for Workday to HR personnel, managers, and employees.

• Create integrations, automate manual tasks, and ensure secure data flow across various systems.

• Enhance user experience by delivering seamless and intuitive system improvements.

• Manage release cycles, conduct impact analysis, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday updates.

• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and the underlying data infrastructure for people analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in HRIS, HR operations, and/or Workday support.

• Practical experience in Workday integration development, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Web Services API (SOAP/REST).

• Proficient in XSLT/MVEL/XML/JSON for data transformation tasks.

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules (e.g., HCM, Absence, Time Tracking), security protocols, and business process configuration.

• Experience collaborating with HR leadership to ensure an exceptional system and user experience.

• Keen attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy, integrity, and reporting excellence.
