This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Analyze, design, and enhance People processes
• Operate and refine People systems
• Ensure high data quality and operational excellence
• Improve employee experience through effective operations
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives
• Take ownership of and execute employee lifecycle operations
• Background in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth setting
• Strong systems thinking perspective
• Experience in enhancing or reengineering People/HR processes, preferably with an emphasis on automation and tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems (such as HiBob or similar HRIS) and data management practices
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multi-country teams (US and Europe)
• Keen attention to detail with a deep sense of ownership regarding data accuracy and process quality
• Capability to convert operational challenges into structured process and system enhancements
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset in employee support
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and best practices
• 12-month fixed-term contract
