• Deliver comprehensive systems support for essential People cycles, encompassing Open Enrollment, annual and mid-year performance reviews, and compensation planning.
• Configure, test, and sustain Workday business processes across HCM, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
• Develop and oversee candidate ranking, rating, and evaluation templates to facilitate hiring and talent decisions.
• Create and manage both standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout all systems and integrations.
• Provide Tier I support via a ticketing system, addressing employee and manager inquiries promptly.
• Diagnose system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and escalate as necessary.
• Assist with SOX compliance activities, including documentation, audits, and access controls.
• Engage in HR systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (or four years of equivalent work experience)
• 6+ years of overall experience
• 3+ years of practical Workday configuration and administration experience
• Hands-on experience in building EIBs and complex reports in Workday
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in data and systems analysis
• Experience in supporting cyclical HR processes
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and providing Tier 2/3 support
• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Strong expertise in Workday and HR systems administration
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in analyzing large, intricate datasets
• Customer-service oriented mindset paired with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders at all levels
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, particularly during peak cycles
• Experience in business process analysis and redesign
• Demonstrated success in achieving results within ambiguous environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting and conveying ideas to all organizational levels
• Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel
• Knowledge of Core HR processes, procedures, and best practices
• Detail-oriented with well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Proven experience collaborating with US-based business teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
