This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the system administrator for the HRIS and performance engagement platform.
• Oversee, audit, and maintain employee data, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and in line with company policies and compliance regulations.
• Create, analyze, and distribute reports and metrics to aid People Operations and business decisions, including headcount, turnover, compliance, and workforce trends.
• Address HRIS-related issues and provide prompt technical support to users across the supported HR platforms.
• Collaborate with People Operations, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders on HRIS projects, integrations, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Ensure data security, system permissions, confidentiality standards, and appropriate access controls for employee information.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, testing, implementations, and optimization efforts.
• Train and support end users on system functionality, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, user manuals, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance People Operations processes through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and improved system design.
• Collaborate with People Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess, pilot, and implement AI tools that enhance HR service delivery, reporting, employee support, and operational efficiency.
• Design and support AI-assisted workflows that improve employee interactions with People Operations, such as self-service support, knowledge access, process navigation, and communications.
• One to three years of experience with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is required.
• Experience in supporting system configuration, reporting, end-user support, or process improvement within an HR or People Operations setting.
