This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Regularly assess and calibrate the performance of the core team and strategic positions.
• Identify performance gaps and ensure timely and concrete action plans are in place.
• Facilitate talent calibration and review processes.
• Ensure that there are no performance issues lacking visibility or follow-up.
• Identify and develop high-potential individuals within the organization.
• Design growth plans for high-impact leaders and contributors.
• Build and maintain a robust talent bench for critical positions.
• Monitor retention and succession risks.
• Continuously evaluate the organizational structure and reporting lines.
• Propose organizational changes aligned with the growth strategy.
• Support promotions, role changes, and succession processes.
• Ensure that organizational decisions are executed promptly.
• Actively participate in defining and assessing candidates for key positions.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and standards for leadership roles and critical contributors.
• Measure and evaluate the quality of hires for strategic positions.
• Serve as a direct counterpart to the CEO and Leadership Team on talent matters.
• Lead People Review and calibration processes.
• Constructively challenge managers and leaders when necessary.
• Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to expedite people-related decisions.
• Experience leading Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or People Business Partnering initiatives in high-growth companies.
• Experience working directly with senior executives, founders, or leadership teams.
• Proven track record of driving performance, promotion, succession, and talent development decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented business mindset.
• Excellent ability to influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders.
• Ability to handle complex conversations related to performance and talent.
• Experience designing and executing calibration processes, people reviews, and organizational planning.
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory). The role requires frequent interaction with documentation, meetings, and stakeholders in English.
