People Partner

📋 Description

• Serve as a vital HR contact, delivering comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle: from onboarding and one-on-one check-ins to performance evaluations and offboarding, ensuring seamless and effective people operations.

• Collaborate closely with management to enhance Performance Management practices, thereby amplifying individual and team contributions.

• Offer guidance and daily coaching to managers, assisting them in developing as people leaders and confidently addressing HR-related challenges.

• Engage in the hiring process as the final HR checkpoint, evaluating cultural fit, alignment with values, and role expectations before extending offers.

• Work together with the Learning and Development team to identify developmental needs and align growth initiatives with business objectives.

• Track and improve employee satisfaction and engagement, providing insights and driving actions in collaboration with business leaders.

• Contribute to HR analytics by gathering and analyzing data to inform workforce strategy, performance trends, and team dynamics.

• Assist in refining and implementing essential HR practices, ensuring they are practical, people-focused, and aligned with the company culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner or HR Business Partner).

• Demonstrated experience supporting teams, preferably in a multicultural environment.

• Strong understanding of employee evaluation methods and practical experience with various performance management tools.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Coaching certification is an advantage.
