This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with the Head of People & Talent to convert strategies into actionable tools.

• Acting as a reliable partner to our people managers by coaching them through significant people-related moments.

• Partnering with people managers and maintaining close connections with our teams to gather insights and validate outcomes.

• Taking ownership of our engagement strategy, which includes conducting surveys and analyzing the resulting data.

• Assisting managers in developing high-performing, cohesive teams.

• Designing and enhancing the workflows and processes that support our operational framework.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a scaling environment and comfort with ambiguity and undefined situations.

• A person whom colleagues and managers feel comfortable approaching - you establish trust rapidly.

• Proven experience in supporting managers throughout the entire people lifecycle.

• Experience in creating people-focused products, such as onboarding programs or similar initiatives.

• An execution-oriented mindset - you thrive on building and delivering results.

• A curiosity about AI and a proactive approach to experimenting with its potential for operational improvements.

• Previous experience working with remote or distributed teams.
